Planning for Year 6 Enhanced Transition into Secondary School
We work with schools, and parents to plan for a strong partnership and collaboration when moving between YEAR 6 and YEAR 7.We provide tailored transition events aimed at preparing parents for the leap between Year 6 and Year 7. We deliver this service relative to need, i.e.- through schools face to face- through schools via a zoom link- through charities and other support service- we provide bespoke support to a small group of parents- we provide bespoke support to individual families
