How we work

Supporting the young person and strengthening the system around them.
We recognise that participation is rarely strengthened through isolated interventions. We work directly with young people while also building the understanding, confidence and capacity of the adults, services and communities around them.
We deliver specialist support to young people.
We build the skills and confidence of the adults who work with them.
We partner with families.
We connect with services.
We create real-world pathways and opportunities.
