Details OF The Workshop:

Family Pathway offers two highly practical and interactive programmes: one for learners aged 14+ and one for adults teaching, supporting or working with young people and adults.

The programmes move beyond memorising terminology to explore identity, belonging, assumptions, intersectionality, language and the everyday experiences that help people feel either included or excluded. Through lived experience, discussion, realistic scenarios and reflective problem-solving, participants build the confidence and skills to challenge prejudice, respond respectfully and create environments in which people are recognised as more than a label.

Because inclusion is not simply about what an organisation says. It is about what people consistently experience.
