    Deepening understanding

    9

Responding in ways that actually work

Not just short-term fixes — but meaningful, lasting change.

    Making project

    Alongside You, Not Above You

You are being asked to support increasingly complex needs — often with limited time, limited support, and training that does not reflect the reality of your role.

    You are navigating:

    9

    Dysregulation

    9

    Trauma

    9

    Unmet need

    9

    Disengagement

    9

Pressure from systems that do not flex

And still expected to “manage behaviour”. This is not simply a skills gap. It is a system gap. This work is designed to support you within that reality — not ignore it.

    The Reality of The Work

Many professionals care deeply about the young people they support – but do not always feel fully equipped for what they are being asked to hold.

    93%

of professionals report feeling underprepared or lacking confidence in supporting complex needs

    1 in 5

leave the profession within the first five years

    55%

say CPD does not translate into real-world practice

    75%

of services report burnout and retention challenges
    * This isn’t about people not caring.
    * People care deeply. Too often, systems simply don’t equip them well enough.
