Workshop Purpose
The workshop develops professionals’ confidence in holding respectful, purposeful and sometimes challenging conversations with parents and families.
Participants learn how to create psychological safety, listen without becoming defensive, communicate concerns without blame and move conversations towards shared outcomes, clear responsibilities and meaningful follow-through.
The emphasis is not simply on having a “positive conversation”. It is on developing relationships that support better participation, trust and outcomes for children, young people and families.
